Mitsuba

It is said that during the Edo period in a small Japanese village there was a mysterious man named Mitsuba who was preparing something special. There was also an emperor who, despite all his wealth, felt he never had enough. Today, Mitsuba's recipe is immortalized in these snacks and although we do not know the original recipe, we work daily to reproduce the concept and improve it and adapt it to modern times.
