Beemster Extra Oud is a 48+ cheese to really enjoy. Here in the Beemster the cheese is given time to ripen. This creates a unique, salty, very rich taste and delicious white ripening crystals. Our Beemster Oud 48+ is made with vegetarian rennet and is therefore a vegetarian cheese.
