Koopmans Oliebollen Gemak is a package with oliebollen mix and a bag of raisins. The mix does not contain yeast and therefore the batter does not have to rise before baking.
Add yourself: 2 eggs and 300 ml water.
With 1 package you bake about 15 oliebollen.
